Runs with Chocolate: Day Minus 7
I’m trying to discover the right person to give me the OK to proceed with this wild idea.
I thought it might be my coach, Amanda Walker, whose title is Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, and Blogger: Helping you build a relationship with food that lasts.
I thought it might be the voice of my former trainer, Judy Rinsler, whose title is Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritional Coach.
Then I realized it’s me. I haven’t shared this idea with anyone, but I’ve had plenty of pro-and-con-versations with myself about why it’s both silly and why it’s the best idea since someone first mixed cream, sugar, and eggs over ice.
Yes, this is about ice cream.
As mentioned in a previous blog, I am embarking on a winter adventure: the first ever Two Sisters Writing and Publishing Business Immersion.
I will be in Detroit for the winter, which means:
Elizabeth will ask if I want a green drink every day;
Elizabeth will ask if I want to go to the gym every day;
Elizabeth will ask me if I want to do yoga / meditate / clean my chakras every day.
In other words, I’m going to be in a spot where my biggest daily influence is physical and mental wellness-focused.
I could really run with this…
