However, it’s best to join Elizabeth each day at 8 a.m. on her live video session on the private PowerJournal Facebook page. She’ll inspire and motivate you, then lead you on a guided meditation, and talk you through the daily journal entry in your workbook.
Then just when it’s time for the most tempting time to overeat—dinnertime and evening—Elizabeth will lead a live video conference call on the “zoom.us app” where you can ask questions, voice concerns, and comment about how the Challenge is going for you.
After four weeks of receiving Elizabeth’s inspiration and motivation, following her guided meditations, using her daily journal prompts, writing in your PowerJournal workbook to explore your deepest truths, experiencing revelations about your relationship with food and fat that allow you to release old habits and embrace new ones, enjoying the online community, and participating in live online sessions with Elizabeth… you will have laid the foundation in your mind, body, and spirit to transform and step into your best YOU on every level.

The PowerJournal 28-Day Challenge for Weight Loss begins on Tuesday, October 1, 2019. It concludes on Monday, October 28, 2019.
Here’s what you can expect each day:
6 a.m. — You receive an email exploding with encouragement for you to succeed in the PowerJournal 28-Day Challenge for Weight Loss. The email will also include:
• a brief video of Elizabeth sharing the PowerJournal question of the day; and
• a link to the PowerJournal Meditation for Weight Loss Success video that Elizabeth wrote and recorded specifically for you during this Challenge.
8 a.m. Eastern Time — Elizabeth serves up an energizing blend of inspiration and motivation during a live broadcast in the private PowerJournal Facebook group. Then she will lead a guided meditation for weight loss, that will prime your mind, body, and spirit to shift into this exciting experience of transformation on every level. After that, she will walk you through the PowerJournal question for the day, and talk about it. Then you’re free to write out your answer in your workbook, as you dive deep within yourself to find answers that will help you finally resolve and release habits that create self-sabotaging behaviors around food and fat. If you miss the live broadcast, you can circle back during the day when it’s convenient for you, and watch the replay on the PowerJournal Facebook group page. You can post questions and comments during the live broadcast as well as the replay, and Elizabeth will respond to each.
6 p.m. Eastern Time— For extra support and inspiration during the dinner hour, Elizabeth will lead a live video conference call on the “zoom.us app” where you can ask questions, voice concerns, and comment about how the Challenge is going for you. This 30-minute session is your chance to receive another dose of inspiration, motivation, helpful tips, anecdotes, and other powerful information that can propel your positive momentum every minute of every day. You will receive a link to the zoom session via email and it will be posted on the private PowerJournal Facebook page.
You’ll also have lifetime entrée into the private PowerJournal Facebook group, where you’re free to share your experiences about this life-changing experience. This is your opportunity to enjoy the support of other PowerJournalers who are on a weight loss quest through this unique process of cultivating wellness, forgiveness, and revelation in mind, body, and spirit. This community will provide comaraderie and inspiration to fuel your success.
Plus, Elizabeth will post quotes, anecdotes, facts, nutrition information, and videos to help you stay motivated and excited to transform!
You can also post your before and after pictures, share our goals, and very importantly — discuss the mind shifts that you’re experiencing that finally explain why you’ve struggled with weight, what you understand about how to change, what that feels like, and how it’s manifesting your thinking, eating, behavior, and wellness.
